Provides information on working with clients in Western and Central Europe. Covers the European Union and its impact on international real estate, along with economic and real estate trends, networking and relationships, and marketing and selling practices.

Anna Post is a Realtor® with Nan and Company Properties in Houston, Texas, specializing in luxury, international, and relocation real estate. She currently serves as the 2025–2028 NAR Global Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand, strengthening international real estate connections and fostering global partnerships.
A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and CIPS Instructor, Anna is passionate about helping agents grow their global business and navigate cross-border transactions with confidence. With a background as a Navy Brat and military spouse, she brings firsthand insight into relocation and the importance of finding home—wherever that may be.
Anna also serves as Board Secretary for Sister Cities Houston and on the Houston-Perth Sister City Association, promoting global engagement and citizen diplomacy. Her additional designations include Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

Christine G. Wren, CIPS, is a REALTOR®, and experienced association professional with more than three decades of industry perspective. Licensed as a REALTOR® first in Illinois in 1991 and later in Texas, Christine brings both practitioner experience and a deep understanding of how global relationships create local business opportunities.
Since joining the Austin Board of REALTORS® in 2018, Christine has helped build its Global program into one of the nation’s most recognized REALTOR® association global programs, earning National Association of REALTORS® Global Achievement recognition at the highest levels, including the Diamond Award.
A longtime advocate for international real estate, Christine holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation since 2016 and has served on NAR’s Global Business & Alliances and CIPS Advisory Committee. Her work has connected REALTORS®, associations, economic development organizations, and international partners across markets and borders.
