As the Broker/Owner of Homestead REALTORS®, Eyad takes pride in helping families and individuals achieve their homeownership dreams while providing guidance every step of the way.
Born in Damascus, Syria, and raised with a deep appreciation for culture and community, Eyad immigrated to the United States in 1981. His journey shaped his belief that success comes from hard work, gratitude, and giving back.
Before launching his real estate career, Eyad worked as an Information Technology Project Manager with American Airlines (1992–2003) and earlier managed hotels for DoubleTree and Hilton (1982–1992). Those experiences honed his leadership, communication, and organizational skills—qualities that now define his approach to real estate.
Eyad holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Georgia State University in Atlanta. His background combines hospitality, technology, and real estate, creating a unique ability to deliver both personalized service and operational excellence.
Beyond business, Eyad is deeply engaged in his community. He currently serves as President of the Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS® and is an active member and past president of the Lewisville Noon Rotary Club. His dedication to service also extends to leadership roles with organizations such as the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scouts of North Texas, and Denton County Friends of the Family.
A proud recipient of numerous awards—including the Five Star Professional “Outstanding REALTOR®” (2018–2025) and Citizen of the Year (2010) by the City of Lewisville—Eyad continues to be recognized for his integrity, leadership, and lasting community impact.
“I’ve always believed that real estate is about more than buying and selling—it’s about building relationships and helping people find where they truly belong”
