Upfront is a new Austin Board of REALTORS® member benefit that provides access to large group pricing on comprehensive health insurance plans—including medical, dental, vision, and term life coverage—from top tier providers. 

All active Austin Board of REALTORS® members in good standing are eligible to access Upfront’s health insurance solutions. 

This includes: 

• Self-employed REALTORS® 

• Independent contractors 

• Small brokerage owners and their teams 

• Affiliate members 

There are no income limits, no minimum participation requirements, and no special enrollment windows—rolling enrollment is available year-round.  
 
Eligibility is based on age: medical plans are available for members ages 18–65. For members aged 65 and older, dental and vision plans are available. 

Access to the Upfront platform is free as part of your Austin Board of REALTORS® membership. This provides access to large group pricing on comprehensive health insurance plans—including medical, dental, vision, and term life coverage—from top tier carriers.  

There may be signup fees that vary. These can be as low as $25 and will not exceed $125 for complete bundles at the time of registration.

Activating your Upfront benefit is simple: 

1. Visit: unlockmls.com/upfront  

2. Create your account using your information as an ABoR member. 

3. Explore available plans—health, dental, vision, and term life options from top carriers. 

4. Select the coverage that fits your needs and budget. 

5. Complete your enrollment online. 

Pro Tip: For the smoothest start date, enroll before the 20th of any month. No special enrollment periods apply—rolling enrollment is available year-round.

When you enroll in Upfront, your personal information is securely collected and used solely to provide you with insurance quotes, process your enrollment, and administer coverage.
