The SRES designation helps real estate professionals develop the business-building skills and resources for specialization in the 50+ real estate market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices. This class seeks to instill knowledge, understanding, and empathy for 55+ real estate clients and customers.

For over 30 years, Marion Napoleon has devoted her life to changing the lives of others. Marion is a Certified Life Coach, Author, Nationwide Corporate & Christian Motivational Speaker, a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and an active member of their alumni organization and an active member of the NFL Alumni Cheerleaders Association.
She teaches and holds the following Texas REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS designations and certifications: ABR, AHWD, e-Pro, GRI, GREEN, Generating Buyer and Seller Leads, Marketing Reboot, MRP, New Home Construction, PSA, Investing in Real Estate, RENE, SFR, SRES, SRS and TAHS.
