This two-day interactive experience will help negotiators elevate their game. The RENE certification examines all types of negotiation formats and methods so that today’s negotiators can play the game to win. A full spectrum of tips, tools, techniques and advantages will be provided so that negotiators can provide effective results for their client. The second day of the class focuses on real-world field scenarios to help negotiators apply the power tools, techniques, and tactics learned on the first day. Understanding the tactics and techniques is one thing but learning how to recognize them being done and using them effectively requires practice. These field scenarios provide the foundational experience and practice negotiators need to master so they can effectively advocate for their clients.

Cassandra Davis, MBA, Broker, is a charismatic and enthusiastic instructor.   She holds many designations and certifications among them the coveted CRS, GRI and ABR.   She completed her MBA at Texas A & M Commerce and studied sustainability and marketing in Beijing China.  She has taught, mentored and coached over 30,000 agents during her 10-year tenure.  Cassandra is committed to education and helping her students build the kind of knowledge and skills that transforms the client’s experience.   She still works with buyers and sellers and strongly believes in teaching in the “NOW” (No Ordinary Way).   She is devoted to sharing her knowledge and experience to elevate and motivate agents to know their SWOT, define their niche, and articulate their value.
