This course will equip students with the skills and knowledge to reach potential sellers. We’ll talk about different types of listings. The course will cover what do at a listing appointment and we’ll go over questions that sellers commonly ask. We will discuss common problems and how to handle them and how to keep the transaction together. At the conclusion of class, the attendees will have a better understanding of listings and how to take their listings to the next level.

Jodi Sherretts
Jodi started in real estate when she was 24 years old. Her first six years were spent in commercial property management and real estate development. Jodi made the switch to residential real estate and was with Keller Williams Realty. After earning her broker’s license Jodi went out on her own and started a boutique brokerage. She had the brokerage for about 15 years and now is back to being an independent broker. Teaching and training her agents is what led her to teach. Jodi has been teaching since 2016 and teaches full time. She has taught all over Texas and teaches online as well as in person.
