This course presents disclosure practices to provide understanding that what you say can get you into trouble and how to avoid it. Participants will learn specific steps to take to disclose those things that are their duty to report as a result of the client/agent relationship. Also help clients understand what has to be disclosed related to the property involved in a real estate transaction.

License holder will learn what they can and cannot say to parties in a real estate transaction. This will help them to properly make disclosures as required by law based on the stated disclosure practices. License holder will learn compliance with the policies and guidelines that govern appropriate business conduct and maintain the integrity of a real estate transaction. As a result, they will be more effective at managing disclosure risks for themselves, their clients, and their brokers.

With a maiden name of Houston and a married name of Austin… yes she REALLY is Alisha Houston Austin…Texas was always in her destiny!

Alisha lives in her beloved city of Round Rock with her husband of twenty-four years, three cats, a black pug named Ohana, and more gnomes than any one person should own!

With her daughter graduating from West Texas A&M (Go Buffs) in December of 2021 Alisha has been able to make real estate her primary focus serving on the Texas Professional Standards Committee (2020-current) Williamson County Association of REALTORS®️ Professional Development Chair, and recently elected to the Board of Directors for 2023…she is now sharing her experience, knowledge, love of her profession, and time raising the bar for other Texas REALTORS®️
