Stan began his career with ABoR in 2003, serving multiple roles ranging from Data Support Services to MLS Director, and now serves as ABoR’s Chief Operating Officer. He’s been instrumental in numerous MLS system conversions and product implementations and is an active leader in the MLS industry.

A seasoned MLS executive, Stan provides a strong combination of product management and operational expertise so his team of professionals can deliver the best programs and services to ABoR members. Building on his trusted relationships with industry leaders, technology partners, and REALTOR® professionals, Stan has a depth of understanding about what subscribers need from MLS technology, and he personally values the contributions they make when helping their clients reach their homeownership goals.

Stan is heavily invested in industry involvement through the Council of MLS (CMLS) and as a board member for MLS Grid. Stan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from St. Edward’s University, and he has his Certified MLS Executive (CMLX3) and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designations. He’s a proud TRLP graduate and former Eagle Scout.

When he’s not working, Stan can be found reading his favorite books about Texas and biographies on American presidents. He dreams of having a true library with a sliding ladder. He’s a father to two princesses and ringmaster to a precocious boy.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Kelea coordinates operations across ABoR and Unlock MLS, pushing professionalism, innovation, and agility across all facets of our work. She ensures that every aspect of our members’ experience propels their business and well-being through ABoR’s programs, benefits, and services. Having owned her own real estate brokerage and through her past experience working with home builders and real estate education providers, Kelea has a wealth of industry knowledge and is passionate about moving real estate associations forward. Her bold ideas and consistent drive have earned Kelea the nickname “dream catcher” among her staff.

Kelea cares deeply about her community and programs that help young adults realize their dreams and build thriving careers. In partnership with Austin ISD and Austin Community College, she co-created a first-of-its-kind pilot program for Akins ISD in 2019 that allows high school students to graduate with an Associates’ Degree and their real estate license. Kelea currently serves on the Board of Directors for Creative Action, on the Austin Chamber’s District-to-College Achievement Plan Executive Committee, as a mentor for the Austin Women’s Alliance, and as Chair of the Texas Real Estate Commission’s Education Committee. Previously, Kelea has served on the Austin Chamber of Commerce’s Business Awards Nomination Committee, and the National Association of REALTORS®’ Professional Development and REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) Committees. Kelea graduated from Florida State University with a B.S in Mass Media Communications and International Affairs, holds RCE and C2EX designations, and is a proud graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program and Leadership Austin.

When she’s not working, you can find Kelea in South Austin, tending to her garden or sitting out on the patio while her two babies run across the yard. She and her husband, Jacob, keep their children happy with golf cart rides at sunset before bed.
