Livestream Policy
Austin Board of REALTORS® and Unlock MLS (collectively, “ABoR”) may livestream or broadcast certain events, seminars, workshops, forums, proceedings, and other similar meetings (“Livestream Event”). Livestream Events allow you to watch, listen, and participate in real time providing greater access and transparency.
If you are not a member of ABoR (or a participant or subscriber of Unlock MLS), you are not authorized to view the Livestream Event without the permission of ABoR.
ABoR wants to ensure this broadcast is accessible by all of its members, participants, and subscribers, and in accordance with our Accessibility Policy. If you are having difficulty accessing or need accommodations for the Livestream Event, please contact communications@abor.com.
Filming, recording, livestreaming, rebroadcasting, taking screenshots, or otherwise distributing the Livestream Event, or any part thereof, is strictly prohibited. Access to the Livestream Event is for personal, non-commercial use only.
ABoR is committed to full compliance with all applicable antitrust laws and the ABoR & Unlock MLS Antitrust Policy (see below).
All intellectual property rights in and to the Livestream Event, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Livestream Event, are owned by ABoR. ABoR provides no warranties regarding any aspect of the Livestream Event, or any materials offered in connection with the Livestream Event. The Livestream Event is provided on an “as-is” basis. For Digital Millennium Copyright Issues, please see our DMCA policy. ABoR may use third-party vendors and contractors to produce and provide the Livestream Event, including technology contractors. Access to and use of the technology platform may require your agreement to additional terms of use.
Antitrust Policy
The Austin Board of REALTORS® and Unlock MLS are committed to compliance with all antitrust and competition laws. ABoR and Unlock MLS meetings, events, and classes ("meetings") are governed by the ABoR and Unlock MLS Antitrust Policy, which includes the following objectives:
ABoR and Unlock MLS’s activities will increase competition and must not function to reduce competition;
ABoR and Unlock MLS are not and will not be a forum to develop collective action plans, suggest agreements, or share information that would reduce competition; and
Members attending ABoR and Unlock MLS meetings will adhere to the ABoR and Unlock MLS Antitrust Policy to minimize the risk of even the appearance of anticompetitive conduct. Members must report any suspected violation of this antitrust policy to support@unlockmls.com. Silence is not enough.
