William Sapp

As a General Maintenance Technician at the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), William brings hands-on maintenance experience and a strong team-first attitude to the organization.

Before coming to ABoR in 2026, William worked in residential property maintenance. He worked closely with residents to keep the property safe, clean, and well maintained. He handled apartment make-readies, reported and addressed maintenance issues, and helped with a wide range of repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general upkeep. That experience gave him a solid foundation for supporting ABoR’s facilities and the people who use them daily.

In his role, William walks the property regularly to build a preventative maintenance task list, catching small issues before they become larger problems. He maintains ABoR’s rented auditoriums, monitors the fire suppression system, and keeps the break room restocked and in good shape. These are small details that make a big difference for staff.

William is also quick to help wherever he’s needed. When there’s a rented event in one of the auditoriums, he checks in with the events team to see if they need a hand setting up or moving chairs.

For William, teamwork is what it’s all about. He enjoys being able to work at his own pace while being part of a productive and supportive environment, surrounded by colleagues who make the work rewarding.

Outside of work, William is passionate about music production and sound engineering.
