As Market Research Advisor for UnlockMLS, Vaike O'Grady brings more than 25 years of residential real estate experience to the table—helping members and stakeholders make sense of Austin's ever-evolving housing market. Her work is rooted in turning complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive smarter decisions for agents and their clients.

Vaike spent years on the ground in Austin as Marketing Director for Newland Communities and Regional Director for Zonda (formerly Metrostudy), where she led market research and strategic planning for some of the region's most celebrated master-planned communities, including Teravista, Falcon Pointe, and Rancho Sienna. That hands-on Austin experience gives her a distinct edge in understanding not just the numbers, but the neighborhoods behind them.

Vaike continues to channel that expertise through her consultancy, Residential Marketing Resources, and her advisory role with Community Builders Advisory Services in Texas. A longtime advocate for collaboration and community, Vaike has an actively volunteer with the Urban Land Institute, the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, and HomeAid Austin. She is the founder of CTWwired, a networking group dedicated to connecting and elevating women in real estate throughout Central Texas.
