Trent Dufrene
Austin Board of Realtors
Member Success Associate
Trent Dufrene is a Customer Success Associate at the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), where he has spent the past three years helping members navigate the many tools, services, and resources available through the organization. In his role, Trent provides support and guidance on a wide range of topics, including Membership, MLS, Supra, Compliance, Education and Events, and Facilities. He enjoys helping members find answers, troubleshoot challenges, and gain a better understanding of the products and services that support their business. Before joining ABoR, Trent built a diverse professional background that included working as a commercial electrician and later with the House Journal at the Texas House of Representatives. Having worked since the age of 15, he developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for continuous learning that he carries into his work today. His experience across different industries has helped him approach every situation with adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to finding solutions. One of the most rewarding aspects of Trent’s role is the opportunity to solve problems and provide clarity for REALTORS® while continuing to expand his own knowledge of the real estate industry in Austin. He enjoys learning about the many different facets of real estate and applying that knowledge each day to help members achieve their goals. Trent holds both the C2EX and Supra Master User certifications, which support his ability to assist members and provide knowledgeable service. Trent believes in continually improving himself while also helping others grow and succeed. He values patience, efficiency, and meeting people where they are, recognizing that even small acts of support can have a lasting impact. Whether assisting a member with a question or collaborating with a colleague, he strives to create positive and productive experiences. Away from the office, Trent enjoys drawing, writing fiction, and exploring a wide range of creative interests, including music, film, theater, comedy, video games, and visual arts. He also enjoys staying active through social sports leagues, biking, hiking, and cooking. Trent shares his home with his rescue Golden Retriever, Ivy, and his orange tabby cat, Mango, who each bring plenty of personality and joy to his life. |
