Prarthana Kulkarni

Prarthana is a Technical Specialist at Unlock MLS and the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR). Prarthana joined ABoR in 2023 and brings a strong technical background in software engineering, support, and systems integration to the role.

Prarthana started her career as a Test Engineer and later moved into a Senior Support Engineer role. She earned a master's degree in software engineering from Texas State University before joining ABoR and Unlock MLS. Her experience spans the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements discovery and solution design to integration, data mapping, testing, migration, go-live, troubleshooting, and customer enablement. She has a strong foundation in REST APIs, SQL, Postman, data validation, and integration troubleshooting.

In her role, Prarthana serves as a technical resource for Unlock MLS subscribers on MLS systems, data feeds, integrations, and troubleshooting. She works closely with customers, product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Prarthana is most passionate about solving complex technical problems and helping people find practical solutions. She enjoys bridging the gap between technology and the end user by translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.

What Prarthana values most about her role is the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping members, subscribers, and colleagues overcome technical challenges. She enjoys being a trusted resource and connecting people with the tools and information they need to succeed. She believes that staying curious and embracing new challenges drives both personal growth and better outcomes for the people she supports.

Outside of work, Prarthana loves being outdoors and spending time at the lake with her family.
