TransactionDesk Leaves Unlock MLS Dec. 7. Here Are Your Options.
TransactionDesk will leave your Unlock MLS subscription on Dec. 7, 2026.
LoneWolf, the entity behind TransactionDesk and zipForm have launched a new platform, Transact, which is now included in your Texas REALTORS® membership at no additional cost.
You have until Dec. 7 to choose the transaction management tool that fits how you work. Here are your options, including two no-cost alternatives.
TIP: Agents should check with your broker if your office uses an enterprise version of LoneWolf products or plans to sign up for Jointly to avoid duplicate subscriptions.
For Brokers
If you currently use TransactionDesk Broker Edition and want to maintain enterprise access to a transaction management tool, you can sign up for Transact Broker Edition directly through LoneWolf or sign up for Jointly Business by reviewing pricing options –including a 20% discount for Unlock MLS brokers! For Agents
Option 1: Jointly
Jointly Starter is free with your Unlock MLS subscription. It includes intelligent contract drafting, auto-populated data, built-in e-signature, and Unlock MLS, TREC, and Texas REALTORS® forms in one place.

Option 2: Transact through Texas REALTORS®
If you want to try Transact, you can continue agent-level access through your Texas REALTORS® membership. To get started with Transact, follow the setup prompt found in the banner when you log into TransactionDesk or zipForm. LoneWolf will provide next steps to ensure your documents, e-signatures, templates, promulgated forms, and transaction history will carry over. Current data will also migrate over after Dec. 7.
Option 3: TransactionDesk directly through LoneWolf
If you'd like to continue uninterrupted access to TransactionDesk after Dec. 7, you can purchase an agent-level subscription of the platform directly through LoneWolf. Further details on how to get started will be shared by LoneWolf in the coming weeks.
