Mike Morgan relocated to Austin during his tenure in executive leadership at a Fortune 500 company, where he led large, diverse teams through rapid growth, cultural transformation, and operational excellence. This foundation has become a cornerstone of Mike’s work in real estate. Since transitioning into the industry in 2021, he has brought a strategic, service-driven approach to supporting agents—equipping them with systems, clarity, and coaching to thrive in an evolving market. As Director of Operations at Bramlett Partners, he partners with more than 130 agents, helping them build wealth through intentional business planning, client experience, and operational support. His background allows him to bridge corporate discipline with real-world agent needs, bringing a steady, informed voice to the boardroom.

He and his husband, Patrick, share their home with their rescue dog, Stevie. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys cooking, exercising, touring homes, and exploring Austin’s ever-growing culinary scene.
