As Business and Professional Development Supervisor, Lauren is the person behind the scenes making sure ABoR members and Unlock subscribers get the most out of every program. She oversees the operations of the education department, guided by a simple belief: quality education starts with quality instructors. She's committed to sourcing the very best educators and nurturing those relationships so members always have access to practical knowledge and valuable resources.

Lauren also brings ABoR's signature events to life, and this is where her creative side shines. She loves transforming a vision into a full-scale production, keeping countless moving pieces on track so members can simply show up and enjoy the experience. She pairs that creativity with a strategic mindset, analyzing the business, digging in to solve problems, and leading new initiatives that move the department forward.

Her passion extends to the people she works with, and nothing energizes her more than collaborating with them to bring new ideas to life. She knows firsthand that the department's success reflects the dedication of the entire team, and together they share a goal of giving members a real sense of community.

Outside the office, Lauren's favorite role is mom to her son, Hayes, who is her greatest joy. She and her husband love spending time outdoors with Hayes, whether they're exploring new playgrounds, catching a baseball game, splashing in the pool, or chasing him and their two dogs around in the yard.
