Kacy Dolce

Kacy Dolce, a Broker Associate and Global Real Estate Advisor with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, has been a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS^® and Unlock MLS for over 15 years. She has earned several designations in CRS, CLHMS, CNE, GRI, ABR and C2EX and has been recognized by the Real Trends Magazine as a top 0.5% agent in Texas, as well as by the Austin Business Journal, Texas Monthly and Platinum Top 50. She is also a member of the President’s Circle within her brokerage, achieving significant production volume annually.

Dolce was drawn to join the Board of Directors to advocate for brokerage services and enhance professional development. She currently serves on the Texas REALTORS^® Board of Directors and has served in numerous capacities at the state and national level. By using her strengths of thinking strategically and working collaboratively she leads and navigates these waters in collaboration with her colleagues.

In the community, Dolce is involved in numerous organizations including Catholic Charities of Central Texas, the Women’s Symphony League, Daughters of the Republic of Texas and the Texas Society Daughters of the American Revolution. She and her husband support and volunteer with St. Michael’s Catholic Preparatory School. She lives in West Austin with her husband, two sons and two daughters.

Dolce holds a double major in marketing and business from Southern Methodist University and master’s level work in the MBA program from St. Edward’s University. She is a 7th-generation Texan married to a 6th-generation Austinite and comes from generations of real estate brokerage, title, land use and land and property investment.
