Gina Wilson

Gina Wilson is a Professional Development Coordinator at the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), where she has built a career centered on education, member engagement, and service. Gina joined ABoR in 2001 and recently celebrated 25 years with the organization.

Throughout her time at ABoR, Gina has developed a strong understanding of the educational needs of REALTORS® and the importance of creating learning experiences that are welcoming, organized, and valuable. In her role, she supports both virtual and in-person education, helping ensure members have access to learning opportunities that contribute to their professional growth and success.

One of the most rewarding parts of Gina’s work is the opportunity to connect with people. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with members while also cultivating positive, collaborative partnerships with colleagues across the organization. Whether supporting a class, assisting a member with an education question, working with an instructor, or partnering with another department, Gina values creating experiences that make people feel supported and connected.

After 25 years at ABoR, Gina continues to enjoy being part of an organization and industry that are always evolving. She values the opportunity to contribute her experience while continuing to learn, adapt, and find new ways to support members and her colleagues.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, baking, taking walks with her dogs, Swiftie and Opal, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns and Kansas City Chiefs.
