A Bylaws amendment is being proposed in connection with a potential combination with the Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS® (HLAoR). Our Bylaws currently have no provision for establishing chapters or structuring Board representation if ABoR combines with another REALTOR® association. This Bylaws amendment will create that framework, including a permanent Board seat for each chapter established. The below video explains how a Highland Lakes Chapter would operate and the specific Bylaws updates that are required.
