Darius Smith

Darius Smith is a Data Quality Assurance Representative for Unlock MLS, where he helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of MLS data through research, compliance review, and adherence to ABoR rules and industry standards. He enjoys investigating complex issues and providing support to both colleagues and the real estate professionals served by the organization.

Before joining ABoR, Darius worked for the Texas Department of Public Safety, serving in Handgun Licensing (License to Carry), Private Security, and later the Texas Crime Information Center. His background in public service, regulatory compliance, and information management provides a strong foundation for his work in MLS data quality and compliance.

Outside of work, Darius enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and serves at his church, where he oversees audio and video production.
