Born and raised in Austin, Cord Shiflet has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1997 and has proudly served on the Austin Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors since 2017.

A passionate community leader, Shiflet currently serves on the boards of Ballet Austin and the Rob Roy HOA (where he has been a director since 2005). In 2018, he and his wife Annie founded Cordonate, a nonprofit dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. His longtime involvement has helped raise significant funds for countless causes throughout Central Texas.
He and Annie have enjoyed an exciting marriage since 2003 and are the proud parents of four children. When he’s not guiding clients through Austin’s most extraordinary transactions, you’ll find him behind the wheel of one of his favorite cars, enjoying time on the lake with the family, or working hard on helping others in the community. |
