This course is intended to provide participants with an in-depth review, by paragraph, of the One to Four Family Contract (RESALE). Participants will come away with a better understanding of this contract, not just what goes in the blanks, but also a better understanding of the meaning and impact of the various provisions.

Melissa Hailey
Melissa Hailey is dedicated to raising the bar in real estate. She understands that when agents do a better job for their clients, it builds the reputation of the real estate profession for everyone. While her passion is teaching REALTORS, she is also the Broker of the North Texas Top Team, REALTORS, serving the greater DFW Metroplex. This keeps her grounded in the daily activities that agents face in their business. Mrs. Hailey has committed herself to lifelong learning and has obtained the following real estate designations: CRS, GRI, SFR, TAHS, e-PRO, AHWD, and C2EX. She also serves on the Texas REALTORS Faculty and is a Certified Coach for Workman Success Systems.
In addition to teaching, coaching, training, and mentoring agents, Melissa is a serial volunteer. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Collin County Association of Realtors where she was the President in 2018. She also serves as the Chairwoman of the MLS/Technology Committee for Texas REALTORS. Previously she has served on numerous other committees and in leadership at the local, state, and national levels in real estate.
