Bryan Serven

Bryan Serven is a Customer Success Associate at the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR). Bryan joined ABoR in 2026 and brings over 28 years of IT and software engineering experience across many industries, including real estate.

In his role, Bryan helps real estate agents and brokers navigate the tools, processes, and services that are essential to their business. He enjoys solving problems, finding solutions, and building positive relationships with members.

What Bryan values most is the chance to make a meaningful impact on the member experience. He sees every interaction as an opportunity to educate, support, and build trust. He appreciates being part of a team committed to service excellence and continuous improvement, and he enjoys contributing to an organization that supports the real estate community across Central Texas.

Bryan’s work is guided by integrity, accountability, continuous learning, and a commitment to service. He approaches every interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on solutions. He believes in taking ownership of challenges and communicating clearly, and he values adaptability in an industry where members’ needs are always changing.

Outside of work, Bryan is a lifelong musician. He performed in metal bands for more than 20 years and later spent eight years managing singer-songwriters.
