Brandy Wuensch

As a fourth-generation Texas Spanish Mexican American, Brandy Wuensch was born and raised in Austin and became involved in real estate to help preserve and pass along what she loves about her native city. With 20 years of real estate experience under her belt, she has served on many committees at the local, state and national levels. She has also acquired several designations and certifications, including two from the following esteemed leadership programs: the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. Her formal education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Wuensch’s leadership experience began in college when she served in a supervising role for a Fortune 500 company. She has operated as the managing broker and sole owner of City View Realty Group for over 16 years.

Wuensch understands everyone's story is unique and is passionate about advocating for homebuyers and sellers. She recognizes owning a home could mean something different to each individual and that truly matters when serving the community. She believes educating the members and the community is key to embracing the continued diversity and change in our growing city.

Wuensch understands how staying connected to current real estate trends is vital to helping members succeed and thrive during turbulent times. As an association member who was once disengaged herself, she hopes to reach more members to help educate them about the importance of getting involved and advocating for the real estate profession at the local, state and national levels.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and her two young sons, Mason and Brayden. Her other hobbies and passions include family road trips, volunteering in the community, fitness training, cooking, wine tasting or enjoying a relaxing movie night at home with her family and their dog, Bear.
