By submitting this application, I agree to abide by the Bylaws and Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Texas REALTORS® (TR), the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), and UnlockMLS.com Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. I also affirm that the information provided herein is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I agree that failure to provide complete and accurate information as requested, or any misstatement of fact, can be grounds for the revocation of my membership.
I understand that this is a legal agreement between ABoR and me. This Agreement shall continue until terminated by ABoR, as applicable, for my breach of the Agreement, including, for example, my failure to pay fees, attend required classes, or abide by the ABoR Bylaws, as applicable. ABoR reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice by posting updates or changes to UnlockMLS.com. I understand that my continued use of or access to ABoR services following the posting of any changes constitutes my acceptance of those changes.
Furthermore, by submitting this application, I understand that the annual membership renewal for ABoR, TR and NAR is due December 31. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to pay membership fees by the due date, whether or not a mailed bill or an e-bill was received; and that I will be required to pay a $27.06 (including tax) reinstatement fee when renewing membership after December 31. REALTOR® local, state, and national membership fees are non-refundable.
As an ABoR member, I understand I will automatically receive electronic invoices for membership fees and charges to my account. E-bills will be sent to the e-mail address I provide.
I understand that I am required to attend New Member Orientation within 120 days of this application. If I do not attend within the allotted time, my membership will be terminated and it will be necessary to reapply for membership, paying all applicable fees.
I understand that by providing my mailing address(es), e-mail address(es), telephone number(s), and fax number(s), I consent to receive communications from ABoR, TR and NAR via U.S. mail, e-mail or other electronic message, telephone or facsimile at those number(s)/location(s). I understand that ABoR uses the information I submit in this application as described in its Privacy Policy.
Supra Key Subscribers: I acknowledge that SUPRA Key service is also subject to a separate terms of use. SUPRA Key fees are due semiannually on March 31 and September 30, respectively. You will be required to pay a $16.24 (including tax) reinstatement fee when renewing Supra services after these dates. All Supra Key fees are non-refundable.
